Order

Q: How do I place an order?

A: Step 1 – Add to cart - From our products page, choose the items that you wish to order and add them to cart by clicking on add to cart button.

Step 2 – Request Price – From our cart page, request prices for your chosen items by leaving your contact details.

Step 3 – Place Order – You will receive a quotation by email about the pricing. Once you decide to go ahead, click on the link in the email to return to our website to proceed to checkout, make payment and confirm the order.

 

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Status of your order can be tracked on our website by logging in through your registered account.. You’ll also periodically receive information about your order status from us by email.

 

Q: How do I know the price?

 A: Add your items to cart and then request price from cart page to get a quote for your shortlisted items.

 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Once an order is placed, our fulfilment team is on it immediately. Hence we are not able to accommodate any order cancellations.

 

Q: Can I change my order?

A: Once an order is placed, we are unable to allow changes to the order.  Please review all the details before confirming the order.  If you wish to add an item, please place a new order.

 

Time

Q: What is the lead time?

A: Almost all our products are made on order. Once you’ve placed your order, we normally require 30-90 days to make your items ready for dispatch. Lead time also depends on the nature of items.

 

Q: I have less time. Can I get your products sooner?

A: Almost all our products are made to order across several locations; hence it takes time to prepare your order. However, do contact us with your request and we shall recommend the products that can fit your timeline if possible.

 

Q: How long does it take for quotation?

A: Once you submit price request from our cart page, we normally reply with a quotation in 1 - 2 working days. We follow a queue system. We do our best to reply as soon as possible.

 

Delivery

Q: Which locations do you ship to?  

A: We ship throughout India and also globally.

 

Q: Do you install / assemble the products after delivery?

A: For deliveries in and around Bangalore (India), we have partnered with third party vendors to provide installation service at your home. You’ll receive a call from an assigned vendor after delivery for scheduling a slot for installation. This installation service is free of charge.

For deliveries outside Bangalore, unfortunately the installation service is not available yet. We hope to provide this service at your location soon. However, most of our products can be installed by a skilled carpenter near you.

 

Q: How much do you charge for shipping / delivery?

A: Shipping cost depends on your location and ordered items’ volumetric weight. The shipping cost will be informed to you once your products are ready for dispatch and you may pay this shipping cost along with the final payment before the dispatch of your items from our warehouse.

 

 

 

Q: How do you ship your products?

A: We ship your products through Fedex or equivalent logistics operator.

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive the tracking details of your shipment and this can be used to track your shipment on the respective logistics operator’s website to know about the estimated date of arrival of your products. Shipping time within India is usually 7-10 days.

Q: Where are your products made?

A: Our products are made in several carefully chosen partner factories in different locations in India and elsewhere.

 

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: All our products are made to order and hence are final sale. Thank you for your understanding. 

 

Q: How do you maintain quality standard?  

A: Our products are made with meticulously chosen and inspected raw materials that meet our brand specification. Several of our hardware items such as hinges and channels are European made, to ensure longevity of functional products. Great care is taken during manufacturing by skilled workers and craftsmen in addition to the advanced machinery and unique processes used to bring out the beauty and elegance in each product. Quality check is done for every product before it is made ready for dispatch.

  

Q: Do you provide samples/swatches of materials/finishes?

A: We understand it can be difficult to determine the perfect colour match from a computer screen. At the moment, we do not offer samples/swatches of material/finish. However, you may visit our showroom in Bangalore, India in case you would like to see some of the materials in person. We will soon roll out a samples offering program.

 

Payment

Q: What mode of payment do you accept?

A: India - Bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS), UPI (Google Pay, Paytm), Credit Card, Debit Card, Pay Pal, Cheque and Cash.

International – Wire transfers - SWIFT / TT (Telegraphic Transfer), Credit Card and Pay Pal.

 

Q: What are the stages of payment?

A: 75% advance payment to confirm the order and 25% before dispatch from our warehouse.

 

Q: Do you offer EMI payment option?

A: Yes, we do provide EMI option for orders within India. Contact us for more details.

 

Others

Q: Do you offer design service?

A: No, we do not offer design service. We will coordinate with your architect or interior designer to offer the right products for you.

 

Q: Do you have a showroom?

A: Yes, please refer our contact page for the address. We are in the process of adding more items to our display and will be ready soon.

 

Q: Do you provide warranty?

A: If you have requests resulting from a defective item please reach out to us for more information on how to proceed, granted they respect the following conditions:

  • The damage was not caused due to faulty usage.
  • The damage was not caused in transportation. 
  • The condition of defects should be brought to our attention by email within 3 days of receiving the products.
  • Photographs and other supporting details should be mailed for the request to be considered.

 

Q: Will actual the product differ from the images?

A: We take every effort to provide high quality images, and measurements to assist you in selecting your furniture. However, images may vary in colour depending on many factors such as lighting, your monitor/screen settings, etc. Sometimes measurements are rounded off, and occasionally they will vary slightly from the description. If precise dimensions or colours are critical to your orders, we suggest contacting us by phone or e-mail in order to further assist you.
