Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Most of our products are made to order and hence there will be a lead time for production which is mentioned in the product details page. You will receive another notification when your order is ready and has shipped. 

Potentials delays due to high volume of orders, logistical problems or any other situations that are outside of our control need to be excused. Any such delays will be communicated to you. 

Shipping within India 

We offer free shipping of most of our products to any location in India. Please check the product details page for shipping information of each product. 

Deliveries are made by our logistics partners. They will contact you via text message or call with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you about the delivery.  

In-store pickup

In-store pickup is not available. All the products will be be shipped to your location provided during the checkout stage. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: countries in Europe, Asia, Middle East, North America, South America, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. High Wall Home Decor LLP is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@thehighwall.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
